Hi, I’m Kat, the founder and trainer behind Time Under Iron.
With a degree in Kinesiology and over a decade of experience as a coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients—from little ones as young as 18 months to individuals in their 90s. Whether you're just starting out or you're an advanced athlete, I've helped people of all abilities and skill levels achieve their fitness goals.
I believe that a stronger body leads to a stronger mind, with benefits that go beyond the physical. My mission is to empower others to take control of their health, building confidence, discipline, and mental toughness along the way.
